Cancellation Policy

Everyone must keep an active card on file for their services. You will be charged a non-refundable deposit to book services and you must pay it in order to keep the appointment. You must cancel your appointment prior to 48 hours of your service. If you cancel within 48 hours of your service you will be asked to pay half of the price of the service you booked for. If you no call no show you will be charged the full price of the service you chose. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule and pay half of the service you booked for. I will send out a service reminder when you book your appointment, 48 hours before, and 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule at all, please do so by contacting me. I am understanding for all situations :)
